mkamil provides digital design and development services including but not limited to website design, app UI/UX design, e-commerce design, logo and brand identity, banner design, and social media creative design. Service availability, scope, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

• Platform Content: All content on mkamil.com — including text, graphics, logos, design assets, and code — is the intellectual property of mkamil and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
• Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in individual project agreements. Source files, third-party assets, and platform tools remain the property of mkamil or their respective owners.
• Portfolio Rights: mkamil reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a written NDA or non-display agreement is in place.

4. Project Engagement

All projects are governed by individual project agreements or statements of work. The following general terms apply:

• Projects commence upon receipt of agreed deposit payment
• Revision rounds are limited as specified in the project agreement
• Timelines are estimates; delays caused by client inaction are not the responsibility of mkamil
• Final files are delivered upon receipt of full project payment

5. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due as specified in the project agreement (typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion)
• Late payments may result in project suspension
• All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated
• Refunds are not available for completed work or work in progress beyond the first revision stage

6. Confidentiality

mkamil treats all client project information, business details, and shared materials as confidential. A formal NDA can be signed upon request before project commencement.

7. Limitation of Liability

mkamil's liability for any claim arising from services or use of this website is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. mkamil is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

mkamil provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, mkamil makes no warranties that deliverables will achieve specific business outcomes, rankings, or conversion rates.

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

Projects may incorporate third-party platforms, plugins, fonts, stock assets, or APIs. Use of such third-party tools is subject to their respective terms and licenses. mkamil is not responsible for changes, deprecation, or pricing adjustments by third-party providers.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use mkamil.com or its services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any party
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Reverse engineer or scrape website content without permission

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of client-initiated termination, payment is due for all work completed to that point. mkamil reserves the right to decline or terminate any engagement at its discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through mediation or arbitration before any legal action is pursued.

13. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
